The TODAY Show has been (30 plus years) a daily routine in our home. Today, I am so DISSAPOINTED with the TODAY SHOW and their lack of considering the West Coast time frame and organization in their "Jills Deals & Steals"! There was not a clear disclosure for the American Girl Doll special, nor did they play that segment early enough or mention to check it out on line prior to our actual TV time. I tried to order Cecile and Maie Grace for my 9 year old they and were already sold out at 11:00 am ET (a gift on her list, to be from Santa...yes thank God she still believes, even after having 5 older brothers!). While their apology and "sorry for any inconvienience" is nice, this momma on a limited income has felt "scrooged"! Especially after being pumped up and excited by the fact this was an exclusive offer to TODAY Show fans. I could get both dolls for my Abigail (loved that Cecile was included as she has many friends of color and this Kool-aid mom tries to accomodate and be sensitive to all of her friends toys wise) and make her wish this year! Bah Humbug NBC, please do better next time and make it clear at the beginning of the show so the rest of the country has a chance to have the same privilege and receive some of these "Epic" deals (to quote Natalie Morales)!!!
